Description
Lorenzo's oil is a mixture of glyceryl trioleate and glyceryl trierucate, designed to normalize the accumulation of saturated very long chain fatty acids in X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) patients. It is used as an adjunct to dietary management.
