Description
Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating agent and immunosuppressive drug used to treat severe autoimmune diseases and certain cancers. In vasculitis, it is used for induction therapy in severe or refractory cases. It works by interfering with DNA replication and suppressing immune system activity.
