Description
Follitropin alfa is a recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) used to treat infertility. It stimulates the ovaries to produce eggs in women and stimulates sperm production in men. It is used in hypergonadotropic hypogonadism to stimulate gonadal function.
