Description
Tretinoin is a topical retinoid that promotes skin cell turnover and collagen remodeling. It has been used off-label in the management of perforating dermatoses including reactive perforating collagenosis by normalizing keratinization and reducing transepidermal elimination of collagen. It also has applications in various acquired skin conditions.
